Street or Sidewalk Cleaning

There were like foot tall glass on both side of the street, please refer to the pictures I sent. It was hard for the disability person to use the sidewalk due to the tall glass interfere the wheels when it rolls. It's also had a lot of animals excreta. It built up a lot of trash over time trap by the glass alone the sidewalk. Let alone the pedestrian also had a hard time to walk in the sidewalk. 2 or more pedestrians force to take street parking road as a walking path up Sawyer street.
