Parking & Traffic Sign Repair

On the east side of Mariposa, south of York, there is a "park parallel" sign followed by a "park at 90 degrees" sign but its not clear where which one ends or begins. Consequently, the park parallel sign just gets ignored and everyone parks 90 degrees.
