--- re: SR 10721875 Issue is regarding his father who was born in San Francisco but was abandoned by his parents shortly after birth. He does not know his parents' name but does know his birth date. He would like someone to contact him to advise. (The response from CC office in SR 10721875 is not very clear on what caller needs to do).
