Curb & Sidewalk Issues

One of the plates is missing on an SFPUC utility grate in the sidewalk near the entrance to the Berry Street Dog Park. The hole in the sidewalk is a hazard for pedestrians and dogs in the area. Please have it fixed asap, and in the meantime, cover the hole with something temporarily. Thank you!
