1 tent a month ago. 2 tents 2 weeks ago. 3 tents starting today. Sidewalk blocked due to big mattress. At least 3 people, using the tents closest to Lyon display erratic behavior, with signs of having severe mental health issues and substance dependence. There is a big mattress blocking the sidewalk, urine and a needle disposer.
