Encampment

There is a giant homeless encampment completely the blocking the sidewalk and the entrance to a nearby housing complex. There is structures that are attached to a nearby truck that is parked on the right side of Eddy at the corner of Steiner. The area has a very strong odor and needs to be cleared and cleaned.
