veteran discriminated against for disability. Patron stated: "Same driver, like I took the same driver on Friday, and it's the same situation. When I get on his bus, I ask him to put down the steps, I am disabled vet with arthritis. And he gives me a dirty look. He steps on the brake the last minute, at every stop. He does it again today, and pulls over 5 mins parked. Today I looked at him again, and I ask him to please put down the steps so I can get off the bus as I am exiting. IB, on at Sanchez and 18th St. 33 bus, around 4:15PM, He was wearing the fluorescent jacket, 5804 was the veh ID number. Then around 5:35PM, I get off the bus and again he ignores me to put the steps down. He doesn't put it down. He puts in only halfway. How am I supposed to safely get to the sidewalk when he only puts it halfway? He only treats me this way."
