--- This house has been doing a lot of construction. Recently they have been power spraying something onto their outside deck; it has a very strong chemical smell, possibly a wood protectant or varnish. This chemical is going all over the houses and into their yards. Caller went out to his yard and could smell it from yards away and started to get a headache from the smell. This is also right across from Charles Drew elementary school.
