Going violations happening along Haight Street and Cole Street. Where businesses are going unchallenged in maintaining various illegal obstructions on public streets and sidewalks. A-frames, merchandise displays, furniture, cafe w/ tables and chairs, dumpsters/totters, illegal dumping, litter and graffiti. BUSM inaction is creating bigger and expanding problems resulting in increased antisocial, abuse, misuse, vandalism and urban decay. IT HARD TO COVER ONCE A TIPPING POINT IS REACHED.
