Pothole & Street Issues

Numerous cracks and hole on the 3700 block of 24th street caused serious injuries to myself riding a scooter. The street need to be remedied to prevent further accidents. I was not moving in excess speed or in an unsafe mannor, but upon hitting and unavoidable crack/hole i was sent skidding across the pavement leaving with road rash along my upper left shoulder, and left leg. I have a twisted ankle and pain in my collar bone and right side knee and ankle.
