Street or Sidewalk Cleaning

The entire Merlin alley (both sidewalks and spilling 1/2 way into the street) is full of garbage, everything from bike parts, appliances, and a whole lot of loose garbage. There a homeless tents on both sides of the street, RVs illegally tapping into light pole power supplies. Everything is moving farther and farther into the street and blocking safe traffic. Please remove the homeless, clean the whole block, remove the piles and piles of garbage, and make the street safe again! Thank you!
