Car intentionally parked to take up two spaces. That area can fit 3 cars but car is parked between the two spots so only one other car can park. This car does this weekly and alternates taking up two spaces at this spot and across the street. This happens everyday. Please cite weekly to prevent from happening. Often times, no other car parks in the spot they are saving.
