West side of 800 block of Dolores St btw 21st & 22nd St. Company name: Bassett Construction. --- strong smell of sewer & feces coming from construction site on Dolores Street by Bassett Construction company. Every day when metal plate placed on top of the job site are not secured enough to block the odor. Residents in the surrounding area are suffering from the odor being too strong.
