Lake Merced Blvd at Lake Merced Hill --- Traffic on Lake Merced is forced stop for no reason in both directions. The red light in both directions is as if someone is trying to enter Lake Merced from Lake Merced Hill or someone is trying to cross the street, but neither is the case. Customer states I have reported this before a couple of times and it is still happening, there has been no change.
