Garbage can at Scenic Turnout Open Space Clipper Terrace across the street from 190 Portola Drive is overflowing. This is a very regular occurrence and installing a 2nd garbage can or more frequent pickup service would alleviate this constant problem. NOTE: The SF311 website often reports this location as 67 1st Street in error. Thanks.
