San Francisco, CAopenEncampmentThe homeless encampment has recently grown to more than 12 tents from the corner of Jones and Golden Gate Ave to 50 Golden Gate Ave. Last night, enflamed debris was left at the curb about 1 week after the garage fire at 64 Golden Gate Ave. Yesterday, homeless climbed the fire escape and into 6th floor window of 50 Golden Gate Ave. Today a glass bottle was thrown at me and my roommate as we left the building. One of the homeless coughed on me as I was walking to my parking garage on Turk.about 6 hours ago

San Francisco, CAopenEncampmentThe tents at Golden Gate and Jones is getting worse than ever. People are leaving human waste and attacking people. On Monday night the group set something on fire on Golden Gate Ave. Then, earlier today, an unknown man threw glass shards at me as I was walking away from my apartment building. The conditions there are danger to the people who live not only for their violence but also for the human waste and non-compliance of social distancing. Calling the police has never helped overall.about 6 hours ago

San Francisco, CAopenStreet or Sidewalk CleaningLarge crushed cardboard and garbage bag outside city public parking lot… Also some garbage in the city parking lot from the homeless that are living there now in tents. If you're going to let them live there… Then it's going to be your responsibility to clean it up because the homeless don't clean up after themselves as we've seen time and time again. Most of the garbage reported on this app is from the homeless to begin with. Thank you.about 6 hours ago
San Francisco, CAopenBlocked Driveway & Illegal ParkingRV camper parked at Pierce entrance to Alamo Sq. Park on Fulton St. for 2 weeks, the guy living in the camper leaves the door open and stands outside painting the truck. It's impossible to go up the steps to the park with 6ft social distancing, and is creepy at night to have to walk by his open door to go up to the park to walk the dog. Maybe he could move to an actual parking spot. Anyone walking with a kid or a dog must pass by his open camper door which is on the sidewalk entrance.about 6 hours ago

San Francisco, CAopenEncampmentGiven the current Shelter In Place efforts, it’s been disconcerting to see this tent for the last 4-5 days. The entire city is already on edge and scared to go outdoors for fear of getting this virus. But to have to see a tent and homeless people without masks or concern for the people in this neighborhood is really frightening. If the city is serious about defeating this virus it needs to take these down and enable people who live in this neighborhood to feel as safe as possible at this time.about 7 hours ago

San Francisco, CAopenStreet or Sidewalk CleaningIllegal dumping maintained on neglected public sidewalk; San Francisco Public Officials are Mismanaging Coronavirus Pandemic to the deferment of public health and safety and quality of life. Beauty and order in public space is not a frill, they are a urgent necessities for our health, wellbeing and civility in trying times as these. Safe clean well cared for neighborhoods promote social inclusion, sociability and social-economic vitality. We’re paid out ‘homeless’ costs of $35,500 a year per person. Shouldn’t we expect their cooperation or face the consequences for antisocial behavior. People are homeless for various reason many because their families, friends, employer, landlords, and the like can’t trust them - they cannot even trust themselves! They need our help and support whether they want it or not. Civility and freedom requires that one responds appropriately and in doing so we are free to do what we like because it will be the right thing to do - make a mistake, as nothing is perfect, one self adjusts and/or face consequences. No one is above community codes or has right exceeding the right of others. That’s true personal freedom and that sustains a free society. NOT doing what one likes at the expense of others and the environment. So why are ‘our’ public officials leading us further down into the depths of social/economic despair? In response to the Coronavirus pandemic public officials came to the conclusion that cleaning up abused and misused public/private property as a “Nonessential Function”. Yes that’s right! Accordingly they have redirected staffing to ‘keeping streets and public space clean and sanitized’ for chronic vagrants and druggies who continue to refuse help and services in favor of infesting and contaminate public space and undermine public health. Thus the doors are kept wide open to a relatively few sick and antisocial individuals, namely vandals, misusers, vagrants and druggies, who will continue to exercise their control, and inflict damage and degraded public space and property. When public officials and others, ignore community codes – there is no law, there is no order, there is no justice, and any professed civil authority is hypocritical, corrupted and worthless to the public it is paid to serve.about 7 hours ago

San Francisco, CAopenPark RequestsDespite multiple signs warning of the closure of this facility due to shelter in place, I witnessed at least 20 people in the park around 7:30pm this evening. The crowd seemed to be mostly kids/teens, but also some adults, playing tennis, basketball, hanging out, and in one example a father having a water gun fight with his kids. I was pretty shocked to see this given the social distancing and stay at home measures the city has introduced. Please can something be done about this ASAP.about 7 hours ago

San Francisco, CAopenGraffitiPG&E blighted; San Francisco Public Officials are Mismanaging Coronavirus Pandemic to the deferment of public health and safety and quality of life.
