Animal Control & Neglected Pets

I’ve been living in my apartment since May 2026 and have concerns with the safety of my upstairs neighbor dog. They’ve been letting it relive itself on the upstairs patio since i’ve been here. I’m concered for its health and living conditions when it’s not being taking outside. I am not home all the time but out of the 5 month of being here i’ve seen this dog outside once. I think this is an extreme concern to be aware of. Thank you Kadence Goodall Apartment 4309 A
