Yard Waste

Green yard waste can didn't get collected this morning I believe my neighbors brown bags did. I didn't receive the phone call last night but voicemail from the prior week only says trash and recycle, mybloomington says I'm week A which would've been Nov 4 unless I'm just really confused on weeks - if that's the case will set out next week.
