The construction in the lot of 203 E 10th St has loud machinery, banging, beeping, and demolition noise beginning as early as approximately 7:00 a.m, if not earlier. The prolonged noise is disruptive to nearby residents, particularly during the early morning hours, and makes it difficult to sleep and comfortably use our homes. This noise has been occurring for more than two weeks, consistently at extremely early hours. I would appreciate any steps that can be taken to minimize the disruption to neighboring residents.
