Blocked Street

This flatbed trailer has been parked on Davis St. for several days straight now, including overnight. It completely blocks the eastbound lane of traffic and is parked in front of a speed limit sign. In addition to that, during the day until about 9pm at night, that side of the street is lined with work trucks and more trailers. It makes it hard for the school buses to pass through in the afternoon, and creates a hazard for all drivers. The contractor is Blackstone Construction, do they have permits?
