Nuisance Lights

The northbound light at 17th & Dunn repeatedly fails to function. At 9 am today, I sat through 3 cycles of green southbound, green east/west, steady red throughout for north. With traffic piling up behind me, I turned right on 17th then left into the stadium to wend my way back to northbound Dunn. NB: This is at least the fourth time I have faced this issue in the past two months. Please, make the northbound light function properly.
