Following up on Case #214455 After speaking to Iris last Friday, who suggested I also file this report with INDOT using their INDOT 4 U system due to the complicated nature of the roads related to this issue, I did so on 9/25/26. I'm attaching here a screenshot of the quick response I received, also on 9/25/26, from Lisa Wisely, Customer Satisfaction Manager. Case 01312208 is now considered 'resolved' through INDOT.
