Detour around closed section of B-Line Trail is not accessible. Following the detour leads pedestrians across a broken tactile curb ramp, across road covered in gravel. The makeshift ramp on the Hopewell side of the street was not able to be climbed by my wheelchair. I couldn't go West around it down 2nd Street on the north sidewalk because it's blocked by stones in the sidewalk. Couldn't go West around it on the south sidewalk because the sidewalk is blocked. Couldn't go East on the north sidewalk because the Seminary Park building has a big drop-off on the sidewalk. I had to ultimately use the Wendy's/Kroger parking lot to get where I needed to go. I'm quite frustrated that detour accessibility is not being planned ahead of time, before a detour is put into place
