Instead, it is being stored long-term in direct view of the neighborhood.Observed Municipal Code & Zoning Violations:Parking on an Unimproved Surface (BMC Section 15.32.025):The commercial truck is parked directly on the residential grass/lawn rather than an approved asphalt or concrete surface.Commercial Vehicle Storage in a Residential District:The vehicle is a large, non-residential commercial fleet truck with a refrigerated cooling unit (reefer).
