Water Utility Billing Problems

Hi there, I am about to become the former rental resident of the 405 S Highland Ave home and I was reaching out as an inquiry on when to terminate my billing. Our lease has ended as of July 31st, and I wanted to reach out to see how I could confirm that as a rental resident, I am no longer being billed for after July 31st. Or if I am still being billed, how to end it. Thank you, Carson
