Street Trees

Tree on the city side of the side walk is unsafe and has had 4 large branches fall into the road randomly during times of normal weather, no rain or winds. There are more branches that look as though they will break any day and will fall into the street and sidewalk. The sidewalk is a busy sidewalk and that portion of the road is often used for parking for people visiting the area. The tree has been spray painted with a pink dot, if that means anything.
