Fire Hazards

I just purchased a brand new washer and dryer from Lowe’s. They’re under warranty. My dryer started making a really loud noise and a light came on on the dryer and I called Samsung to see if they could send someone out to fix the dryer and the lady told me that they would not send anyone until the outside dryer is cleaned out. That is the light that is coming on on the dryer and I can’t get to it. I’ve contacted the Landlord and he refuses.
