A young man has been traveling on sidewalk at a high speed on a one-wheel electric skateboard on East Moores Pike between Clifton Ave and Southeast park, eyes on phone or device as he skates and at times no helmet or protective gear. Medium/shoulder-length brown hair, goatee, shorts and t-shirt. We worry about the entrance of Sycamore Village, as he does not stop for traffic.
