Sidewalk Snow Removal

I am disabled and use a mobility scooter to travel. The sidewalk on the west side of southbound Rogers St has not been cleared of snow so I am unable to navigate. I would attempt the other side of the street but there is a curb that prevents from getting to it with my mobility scooter and being in traffic is dangerous.
