Williamsburg Drive, next to Arby's at 2813 E. 3rd Street, and am trying to turn onto 3rd Street, it is hard to see clearly to my left for oncoming traffic. There are bushes and yard debris piled onto the raised area next to 3rd street that forces me to pull dangerously far onto 3rd street to be sure no traffic is coming.
