Mission Bartlett Garage --- Every weekend there are fights and horn honking as people are trying to get into the garage. The issues are mainly caused by two different lines forming to enter the garage and causing gridlock on the street. SFMTA needs to have parking attendants on duty to cut down on the issues with this garage and to help direct traffic, especially at peak times.
