Blocked Driveway & Illegal Parking

This large motor home has been parked alongside Precita Park for more than three days. The owner is using the motor home to camp alongside Precita Park. I know you are currently not enforcing the 72 hour rule, but I don't think long-term camping in large motor homes alongside city parks should be allowed.
