title: Illegal Car Repairs Plumstead detail: Whilst on my way to work this morning I happened to notice another vehicle that is illegally being repaired road side propped up in the road. As I’ve mentioned several times on here already, it’s illegal (see below for Act) to repair cars on the public highway/footpath. It’s dangerous to passing pedestrians and drivers as there should NEVER be a car propped up roadside for days on end. Now, as seen as you refuse to acknowledge the illegal and dangerous behaviour being carried out by our local roadside mechanic, my next step will be to write directly to Councillor Danny Thorpe Leader of the Royal Borough of Greenwich and request he looks directly into the matter and then ask Why the RBG is turning a blind eye to such activities. Please again see below the Act put in place to prevent such activities taking place. TH E CLEAN NEIGHBOURHOODS AND ENVIRONMENT ACT 2005 (“the Act”) NUISANCE PARKING 1.
