Illegal Parking

Beacon Hill flat has so many trucks (moving trucks, contractors) who park illegally on a daily basis and obstruct there flow of traffic. Currently, someone is laying on the horn, presumably getting one of them to move. Its disruptive to everyone in the neighborhood for both reasons.
