Hello, We have informed our landlord that we will not be renewing our lease which ends on 9/1. However, we told the landlord that we will be vacating the apartment on 7/3. The landlord's broker has been calling us and asking to hold in-person showings while we still occupy the unit. I saw that Mayor Walsh put out a memo to realtors a few months ago saying not to hold showings in occupied units. I was wondering if the realtor is supposed to be doing this due to safety concerns?
