Clayton Tolson IS NOT INVESTIGATING THIS COMPLAINT PROPERLY. Asked the property management company to investigate the problem with their noisy air conditioning / heating system in Ridgely's Delight, they promised they would. To date they have failed to appear to repair or send anyone out. Maryland Property Management (410) 558-1000 . Once again , going on 3 weeks, they have let me down. I called to let them know that this problem is interrupting my sleep, and today I attended a funeral for a family member - asked them to please take care of because enough is enough - I could not spend another night of interrupted sleep. Please cite the property owner for failure to maintain their property and for failure to respond to neighborhood complaints about this nuisance.
